Dashboard includes all the main features of the application. Here the admin can manage the service orders from the customer.

2. Library

Library consists of main features inside the application including category, services, states, cities etc.

Category: Admin can add or delete different categories of services and beauty parlor names.

Services: Admin is able to add or delete a variety of services and customers.

Country: The application has the facility to add beauty services from different countries.

Service to: Who do want beauty or health care service? Whether it is men, women, kids or pets.

Organization Type: Different kinds of organizations are available for a variety of services. Including Ayurveda, Nail art, bridal makeup, skin clinic, mehandi etc.

Amenities: Customers can opt different amenities other than beauty or health care service. Including sofa, car, drinking water, A/C, wifi etc. Admin can manage these options.

Service location: Customer can choose the location where he or she wants beauty service .

Packages: Different types of beauty packages are available, including monthly, yearly, platinum etc.

Offertype: Details about the services are available in offer prices. For example Tattoo offers, saloon offer, physiotherapy services etc

3. GST library

The GST library includes the GST category and business mode.

4. Content management

Admin can manage contents including testimonials, videos, banners, FAQs, blogs, ratings, subscribers, status etc.

5. Business partners

In this option admin can manage appointments, consultants, organizations, and payments.

Consultants: In this section the admin can add and delete different wellness and beauty professionals details including their contact number.

Organizations: Details about different beauty and wellness organizations.

Appointment: In the appointment section admin can manage appointment details.

6. User

User section has two options: user and organizational user. In the user option admin can add admin panel details and in the organizational user section includes the details of different beauty organizations registered with Tuvvie.

7. Settings

The Settings tab includes all the settings related with SMS, SMTP, social media settings, GST gateway and homepage settings.

Home

Home page includes the main features of the Tuvvie software. It leads to the important services which Tuvvie offers includes Salon, Spa, Dental clinic, Pet clinic, Tattoo, Physiotherapy, skin clinic, Mehandi, Nail studio and Ayurveda. It links all the famous beauty studios and offers price service details. These are available on the home page.

Profile

After downloading the Tuvvie software, the customer has to register with a name, phone number and email address. Later customers can edit the profile with more details and acquire membership cards.

Service location

According to the convenience the customer can choose the preferred location, beauty or wellness service center, date and time. After selecting, customers can book appointments for preferred services. Customers can also choose the venue of the service. They can decide whether they need home service or parlor service.

Favourites

In ‘my favorite’ option the customer will get his/her frequently used beauty centers details easily. Next time they can find it quickly.

In the help and support section customers will get the details about developers. For any technical issue related with Tuvvie software the customer can directly contact the developing team through messages, call or email.
