Overview

DROPR is a unique, efficient, and cost-effective app that connects the delivery agents and customers for the easy and hassle-free delivery of packages. We have designed and developed DROPR, a courier delivery application for our client Movers International, Delhi. DROPR app is highly flexible and offers on-time deliveries all across India where clients can choose pick-up location, driver, pick-up vehicle, and schedule their delivery at a convenient time. Clients can simply track the order, monitor the order status, receive notifications, and select different modes of payment. There is a separate driver app for the delivery agents to manage the profile and tasks, accept or reject orders, and collect delivery proof.

Challanges

  • Tracking of the delivery agents in real-time to ensure on-time deliveries was a major concern to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Difficulties to give updates, notifications and information regarding the status of the order.
  • There was no precise option to track and monitor the progress of the business, analyze the delivery tasks and delivery agents.

Real-time tracking

DROPR offers real-time tracking of delivery agents across the defined geographic region. The app helps to monitor their routes to ensure timely deliveries and efficient delivery workflow.

Delivery Notifications

DROPR helps to send notifications to the customers regarding the order status, shipping, dispatched, and delivery details via SMS or email. This enhances the reliability of the business among customers.

Multiple modes of payment

The app allows multiple modes of payment that attracts the customers more to choose DROPR. They can use several modes such as Credit card, Debit card, Net banking, e-wallet, and Cash-on-delivery. It provides simple, secure, and hassle-free transactions.

Driver app features

DROPR offers a driver app for delivery agents to manage their tasks and accept or reject orders. It provides smart route optimization to find the best route to collect and parcel and deliver to the customers. They can also collect proof of delivery, and feedback from the customers.
