Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter with 1 - 2 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should be familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes and capable of sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.
Required Skills
- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR recruitment (IT recruitment preferred).
- Any graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage).
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Qualification: Any Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage)
